Procurement
We source windows and doors to spec. For custom wood doors, fabrication is done in-house. For manufactured units, we source from suppliers we trust and have worked with.
Opening Prep
Rough openings are verified to spec and flashed correctly before any unit goes in. Getting the opening right before installation is what prevents air and water infiltration later.
Installation
Windows and doors are set level, plumb, and shimmed correctly. Every unit is tested for operation before we move to trim. Sealants are applied to manufacturer and climate specifications.
Trim and Finishing
Interior casing and exterior trim are installed with the same care as the unit itself. Hardware is fitted and adjusted. Final operation check confirms every window and door works correctly.
